On August 14, 2024, the YLS Council recommended approval of proposed changes to the Young Lawyers Section bylaws. These changes can be found below and will be voted on by the section membership at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, September 28th, 2024 in Bay City, Michigan. If approved, these changes will replace the current bylaws, last updated in 2022, and will take effect upon approval by the State Bar of Michigan Board of Commissioners.
